Add a Program

Browse Available Programs

  1. Navigate to the Programs tab to explore additional majors, minors, or degrees (called programs in Stellic)

  2. Click on any program to view:

    • Required classes for program completion

    • Your completed classes that count toward the program

    • Detailed requirements and progress metrics

Add a Program to Your Profile

From the Programs Tab

  1. Browse to your desired program

  2. Click Add to profile

  3. The program now appears in your Track Progress view

From Your Current View

  1. Open either Track Progress or Plan your Path

  2. Click + add program

  3. Search for your desired program

  4. Select the program to add it to your profile

Manage Program Status

Handling Unavailable Programs

If a program shows as 'unavailable' in your plan:

  1. Contact your advisor immediately

  2. This status indicates either:

    • No detailed audit exists for the program

    • The program may not apply to your specific situation

  3. Your advisor can resolve this issue by updating appropriate settings

Removing a Program

  1. Navigate to either Track Progress or Plan your Path tab

  2. Locate the program name

  3. Hover over the program name

  4. Click the remove icon that appears

Important Considerations

  • Removing a program in Stellic only affects your planning view

  • For officially declared programs:

    • Additional steps through your school's official channels are required

    • The program remains visible in Stellic with a special indicator

    • This serves as a reminder that you still have it officially declared

Note: Official program changes must follow your institution's formal declaration process. Stellic helps you visualize the impact of potential changes before making them official.
