Transfer Credits for Students
Upload credits from exams or other post-secondary schools to Stellic and if accepted, include them in your academic plan. This streamlines the process of consolidating your credits in one place so you can apply what you have toward completing your degree.
Add Transfer Credits
Navigate to your institution's Stellic login page and sign in with your credentials.
Click Transfer credits from the left navigation bar.
Click Post-secondary credits from the Transfer window.
Enter the institution that awarded the credits.
Provide credit details manually or automatically through transcript upload: Upload transcript option:
Click Upload your transcript to add your transcript directly to Stellic for processing. Processing takes a few minutes. After successful processing, Stellic sends the transcript to reviewers.
Manual entry option:
Click Manually enter courses to add courses, grades, and other details:
Course Code: The alphanumeric identifier assigned to a specific course (e.g., MATH101, ENG205)
Course Name: The full title or name of the academic course (e.g., Introduction to Calculus, English Literature)
Term: The academic period when you took the course (e.g., Fall, Spring, Summer, Winter)
Year: The calendar or academic year when you completed the course (e.g., 2023, 2024)
Credits: The number of credit hours or units the course is worth toward degree requirements (e.g., 3, 4, 6)
Grade: The letter grade or mark you received for the course (e.g., A, B+, C, Pass/Fail)
Click Submit.
Add Examination Credits
Navigate to your institution's Stellic login page and sign in with your credentials.
Click Transfer credits from the left navigation bar.
Click Examination credits from the Transfer window.
Select your exam type from the dropdown:
AP credits: Advanced Placement credits earned by scoring well on College Board AP exams, typically granting college credit for high school coursework
IB credits: International Baccalaureate credits earned through the IB diploma program
CLEP credits: College Level Examination Program credits earned by passing standardized tests that demonstrate college-level knowledge in specific subjects
AICE credits: Advanced International Certificate of Education credits earned through Cambridge International Examinations
DSST credits: DANTES Subject Standardized Tests credits earned by passing exams that assess knowledge equivalent to specific college courses
Click Next.
Add the exam name, date taken, and your score.
Click Submit.
