There are multiple methods within Stellic to download a student's progress as a PDF of their audit. You can download an individual student's audit or multiple students' audits at one time, and these exports can be of the students' official or planned audit.
Download Multiple Students' Audits
1. From the student search, you will see a printer icon as displayed here:
2. Depending on what you would like to include in the printed audits, there are options:
NOTE: the Remaining Requirements option will produce a CSV download of each student included in your query and their remaining requirements and not a pdf download of the audits. Click here for more information on the Remaining Requirements report.
You can also select between the students Enrolled (includes only completed and registered courses passed from your institution's student information system) or Planned (combines the information in Enrolled with any courses added to a student's plan in Stellic).
Finally, you can decide whether to include grades or exception details
Click "Create audit report". Stellic will generate a single PDF file that includes an audit download for each student in your query. Depending on the size of your query, this may take a few minutes to complete, so watch for the messages at the top of your screen.
Download an Individual Student Audit Report
1. Select the student from the student search screen. On the top right hand side of the screen, you will see a printer icon.
2. After clicking the printer icon, you will see the screen below that allows for options to select what you would like to print:

You can select between
Standard (the full audit and audit details) or Compact (only the subrequirements)
Enrolled (courses either taken or registered from your institution's student information system) or Planned (courses in Enrolled plus added to the Planner in Stellic)
Include Grades and/or Exception Details
Unlike in the bulk print report, printing an individual student report also lets you select among the students enrolled programs and universal requirements. For example, if you only want a printed audit of the student's major, you can unselect all of the other options. Stellic will only print what you see on your screen for the individual program.
