Overview
Audit snapshots create a historical record of changes made to an audit. The system automatically generates a snapshot whenever you publish a draft audit version containing changes.
Accessing Snapshots
Look for the snapshot link located under the audit title
Click the link to view both active and archived snapshots
Select any individual snapshot to view its detailed information
Viewing Snapshot Details
Click on any snapshot to see the specific changes made during that update.
Available Actions
When viewing a snapshot, you can:
Archive the snapshot (removes it from regular view)
Create a new audit based on the snapshot
Organizing Snapshots
Archive snapshots you no longer need to reference for better organization. This is especially recommended for frequently updated audits.
Permissions Note
If you don't see the archive option, you lack the required permission. Contact your institution's Stellic administrator for assistance.
