Audit Analytics
For Audit Analytics, if a user only has access to view certain students, they will only see data from those students. For audit analytics, it is recommended that users have permission to view all students applicable to an audit in order to get the most detailed analytics possible.
Exceptions
This section displays totals for exceptions created for the audit version, and the number of students with the exceptions applied. You can also view which users create the most exceptions, and which requirements have the greatest number of exceptions applied.
Audit analysis - breakdown of how many students have taken, planned, and unplanned courses for each requirement in the selected audit. For students that have planned for this requirement but not completed it yet, we’ll show a semester based distribution. You can export this section into a CSV document.
Clicking on any of the numbers that are underlined brings you to the student search page. The search filters will auto-populate to show you which students apply to that specific requirement. For instance, clicking on the "14 remaining Intro Math & Natural Sciences" from above will run a search for students that have not yet taken this requirement.
You can also click on any requirement name where students have a choice of more than one course to take for the requirement. For instance, clicking on "Intro Math & Natural Science" brings up a list of the most commonly taken courses for this requirement. The top 15 results are shown, but you can search for other courses that may have been taken to see the frequency of that course.
