You can use the "Requests" button within the Students search tab to filter students within Workflows.
The following filters are available:
Students with active requests in the selected workflow(s)
First, specify at least one active Workflow within the "Search for workflow" box. Once selected, this filter will show any students that have at least one active request within the Workflow selected. Adding multiple workflows within the filter creates an "OR" relationship, and looks for students with active requests in either workflow specified.
Students with completed requests in the selected workflow(s)
First, specify at least one active Workflow within the "Search for workflow" box. Once selected, this filter will show any students that have at least one completed request within the Workflow(s) selected. Adding multiple workflows within the filter creates an "OR" relationship, and looks for students with completed requests in either workflow specified.
Students have no request from the selected workflow(s)
First, specify at least one active Workflow within the "Search for workflow" box. Once selected, this filter will look for students that are eligible for the Workflow selected, but have not initiated any requests. Students that are not eligible for the Workflow's criteria will not be displayed. Adding multiple workflows within the filter creates an "OR" relationship, and looks for students with no requests in either workflow specified.
Students no longer eligible for selected workflow(s)
First, specify at least one active Workflow within the "Search for workflow" box. Once selected, this filter will display students that used to be eligible for the Workflow, but are no longer. For example, if you created a Workflow that was specifically for first year students, once students are no longer first years they will appear in these results.
Note that this will only pick up students whose eligibility criteria has changed since the Workflow was published.
Students not enrolled to any workflow
This filter will find students that are not enrolled in any Workflow. This is particularly useful when you combine this filter with eligibility criteria - for instance, if your Workflow is for students that are expected to graduate in May, you could add that filter (in the Planned filter option), then add this "not enrolled to any workflow" filter to determine which students should be enrolling in the Workflow but have not yet initiated a request.
