Admin users can connect their calendar to Stellic for the purpose of tracking appointments made within Stellic. Connecting your calendar to Stellic allows Stellic to track your availability of events already on your calendar to avoid conflicts with existing events, and also adds new appointments directly to your calendar. Calendar connection is optional - just keep in mind that if you do not connect your calendar, you will need to manually manage your availability and appointments made will only be available in Stellic, not on your calendar.
Stellic supports integration with Google calendar or Microsoft 365 calendar (Microsoft Exchange is not currently supported). You can connect to one calendar at a time.
To connect your calendar, click on the "Connect Calendar" button at the top of the Appointments page.
You will be prompted to select a calendar with which to integrate:
You will need to authenticate into whichever account you choose, and then authorize it to:
View and edit events on your calendars
See the calendars that you have subscribed to
These permissions will allow Stellic to add and remove events from your calendar.
After these steps, you will receive a confirmation message if your calendar has been successfully connected. If you have multiple calendars available, you can select which calendar you want Stellic to read for conflicts, and if you wish, choose a different calendar to add appointment calendar events to.
You can also unlink your calendar at any time by visiting the "Update Calendar Settings" within the Appointments tab.
