Calendar Integration for Appointment Scheduling

Calendar integration allows Stellic to:

  • Check your existing calendar events to prevent appointment conflicts

  • Automatically add new Stellic appointments to your calendar

Note: Calendar connection is optional. Without integration, you'll need to manually manage availability and appointments will only appear in Stellic.

System Requirements

  • Supported calendars: Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 Calendar

  • Limitations: Microsoft Exchange is not supported

  • Connection limit: One calendar at a time

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Access Calendar Settings

  1. Navigate to the Appointments page

  2. Click the Connect Calendar

Step 2: Select Calendar Provider

  1. Choose your calendar provider from the available options:

    • Google Calendar

    • Microsoft 365 Calendar

Step 3: Authenticate Your Account

  1. Sign in to your selected calendar account when prompted

  2. Review the permission request for Stellic to:

    • View and edit events on your calendars

    • See the calendars you have subscribed to

  3. Click Authorize to grant permissions

Step 4: Configure Calendar Settings

  1. Wait for the confirmation message indicating successful connection

  2. If you have multiple calendars available:

    • Select a source calendar: Choose which calendar Stellic should check for conflicts

    • Select a destination calendar: Choose where new appointments should be added (can be the same or different from source)

Managing Your Connection

To Configure Calendar Settings

  1. Go to the Appointments tab

  2. Click Calendar Connection

    1. Under Configuration, you can check your calendar for conflicts

    2. You can enable from a calendar if appointments are automatically added

    3. You can update whether meetings show as Busy or Free

To Disconnect Your Calendar

  1. Go to the Appointments tab

  2. Click Unlink
