Customize your Stellic portal here, including allowing additional advisors to view your plan, and choosing your notification preferences.

Visit the setting page by clicking your initials or photo in the top right hand corner of the page, then Settings. You can always close out of the Settings menu using the ‘X’ at the top right of the sidebar.

Click the ‘add photo’ text at the top of the Settings sidebar to add or change your profile photo. If you don’t see this option, it means that your institution has chosen to use official photos and doesn’t allow students to upload their own photos.

Stellic will send you both email and in-app notifications for events or plan updates. You can choose to receive email notifications instantly, daily, or as a weekly digest from this menu. The email notification options can be controlled separately for messages that you receive in the platform, or changes that are made to your plan.

If your institution has enabled Interests, you can add interests to Stellic from this Settings menu, or from your Profile dashboard in the Progress tab. Adding interests (like photography, yoga, or mechanical engineering) can help us suggest classes for you outside of your chosen programs, and which can help fulfill some program requirements and electives.

If your institution has enabled the ability to do so, you can allow additional advisors to access your plan, with varying levels of access.

This is helpful if you have a mentor relationship with someone other than your official advisor.

You can set your default view through the entire program here. You’ll always be able to navigate between views, but this will control which version you see first.

You’ll find accessibility options here, including high contrast and text equivalents for non-text element views.

You can update your time zone, which will alter times that you see throughout the platform. This also impacts what times you see when you schedule an appointment.
